Your account manager
When you sign up to Root & Branch, you are assigned a dedicated account manager and given their direct contact details, available for support calls 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
Your account manager is a senior member of our team with in-depth knowledge of the cluster and its capabilities. They can advise on architecture, migrations and getting the most from the platform - a direct line to someone who knows your setup.
